(Global) Growth Marketing Manager at CitizenLab
As our Global Growth Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with our Head of Marketing, Content Team, Local Marketing Managers and Country Managers to design local campaigns, maintain and grow our paid channels in six markets, optimize lead nurturing efforts, and drive our SEO strategy to bring in qualified leads. The ideal candidate has an analytical and performance-oriented mindset and is able to come up with new ideas and explore new growth opportunities for CitizenLab.

What do we expect from you?
You like working in a small and agile team with a strong bias for action—we ideate, we experiment, we learn. You are curious, open-minded, and you proactively search for new insights in the field of digital democracy. Besides, you are eager to learn quickly and recognise yourself in the following profile:
You are data driven and result-oriented: you leverage data to hypothesise on new ideas, test and adapt them into concrete strategies.
You have experience (2-5 years) in B2B marketing (ideally with experience in Paid Marketing) and are able to understand how to design campaigns that are in line with content and sales strategies.
You have good excel skills and are able use our tools (such as Zapier) to set up automations and make sure the necessary data is collected and stored.
You are very familiar and comfortable with Google Tag Manager, Ads, Analytics, Search Console and Optimize.
More generally, tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
Ability and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player spirit to thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative set-up.
Autonomous work style. You have the ability to lead and execute projects from start to finish, thanks to a strong skill set in project management and communication.
You are fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch would or any other language would be a plus)
