Digital Marketing Manager at CitizenLab
As our US Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our US Market Lead and our Global Marketing team, to oversee all content marketing initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, and leads. You will also be responsible for working with our Sr. Content Strategist to write content for the different touchpoints. The ideal candidate is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, customer experience, segmentation and localization, analytics and measurement.

You have experience in managing creation and promotion of content across all stages of a customer’s journey to drive business outcomes.
You have experience in B2B content marketing/strategy, SEO and social media strategy and execution.
You excel at writing in American English and can demonstrate this through previous content and/or copywriting projects.
You have an interest in and experience writing about GovTech and public sector topics.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
Ability and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player spirit to thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative set-up.
Autonomous work style. You have the ability to lead and execute projects from start to finish, thanks to a strong skill set in project management and communication.
You are fluent in English.
