Digital Marketing Intern (NL) at CitizenLab
As a Digital Marketing Intern, your main goal is to work closely with our NL Market Lead and our Global Marketing team to translate global strategies into local actions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Social Media Management: manage and adapt our global social media strategy to our Dutch market, including content development and channel analysis.
Campaign Management: support your market lead to identify local opportunities to run strategic campaigns on different mediums, including but not limited to: newsletters, blogs, emails, social, webinars, press, etc.
Website Management: have full ownership of the Dutch website and work closely with the rest of the marketing team to test new hypotheses that would help optimise engagement and conversion.
Content Writing: work closely with our Sr. Content Strategist and our market lead to identify hot content verticals in the Dutch market that can drive additional traffic and awareness.

You like working in a small and agile team with a strong bias for action—we ideate, we experiment, we learn. You are curious, open-minded, and you proactively search for new insights in the field of digital democracy. Besides, you are eager to learn quickly and recognise yourself in the following profile:
You have finished or are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or have an equivalent form of education.
You have had some experience in marketing in previous positions and you are enthusiastic about marketing, your strengths include communication, team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools.
You have the ability and excitement to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
You are a team player and you thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative set-up.
You have an autonomous work style. You have the ability to lead and execute projects from start to finish, thanks to a strong skill set in project management and communication.
You have a very good proficiency in English and fluency in Dutch (C2).
